Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of was a teenager. In the course of a year she received her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. She began competing in fitness shows after giving up her gymnastics career from childhood. In just one year she earned her pro card at 17 years old. She became one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel took six year off from performing after she earned her Professional Card in order to finish her college studies. She came back in 2015 and picked up where she previously left off participating in some of the most prestigious contests like that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for a number of years after her debut, establishing higher goals for herself each year. She won another four fitness titles by the end of 2009. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel took the time off for six years from competing when she earned her pro-card in order to complete her university education. Following the Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang during her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The athlete placed 3rd in the competition. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations before and was very satisfied with the results. The competition was among the top athletes. Ariel has seen her body improve each year. Ariel is a fan of working on the lower part of her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rowing, one-arm pull-downs using lats with a machine. and sitting rows. She will warm up before she moves onto the sets. Ariel is also very efficient when it comes to time management. This is accomplished by making sure she is doing all her back exercises doing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 repetitions. She would do this sort of exercise twice a week. One day would be light weight day as well as the second days heavy weight.
