Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise, an American actor and writer, is most famous for her role as Ginger Grant on the television show Gilligan's Island during the 1960s. Bettle's musical Two's Company was her first acting role on stage in the 50s. In the 1950s, she appeared as a stage performer in several Broadway plays before breaking through into the spotlight with her hit song 'Lil' Abner's performance in the year 1957. She also released her first music album It's Time for Tina that same year. Louise was the first to make her debut in Hollywood as Griselda Walden, a character from God's little Acre a drama film released 1958.The film was praised widely and Louise received her Golden Globe Award in the New Star of the Year category. While in New York, Louise enrolled in Actors Studio and began her relationship and friendship with Lee Strasberg. Her next role that she portrayed was Ginger Grant, which CBS signed her up to play in the year 1964. Louise kept juggling her career between Broadway as well as Hollywood, portraying more somber roles, as contrast to her image of herself as a glamorous woman. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. The series also featured her as Helen Magnus in Sanctuary although in the last few years she's also earned her name as a successful director in various well-known television shows including Supernatural or The 100. Born in Essex on August 28, 1965. The family relocated to Toronto for her early years. When she was chosen to play the role as Samantha Carter, she moved to Vancouver in 1997. She was there ever since.
